Originally designed for TOAW 1.07.03 by Todd Klemme, Trey Marshall and Oleg Werner Silvanski TOAW III mod, July 2007 Released with kind permission from Oleg and Todd. Thanks guys! -Map upgrade: added some well known cities, Demyansk to name one Geographical changes -rivers, rail etc- in an effort to make the good original map even more accurate. This will especially be noticed in the Caucasus and Grozny approaches. -OOB: consistent abbreviations, my personal taste for uncluttered OOB's -Unit colors changed for some countries -Modified Italian and Slovak withdrawals and reinforcements, per Axis History Factbook website info. -Hungarian, Slovakian and Romanian units set on fixed reconstitution points. German and Italian units retain free reconstitution status. Soviets retain their central reconstitution point near Grozny. -Romanian airforce has IAR-80's instead of Italian fighters. Replacements have been modified accordingly. -Tweaks to the original PO, to accomodate for some of the additional cities, among other issues like front coverage and "final" objectives. Maybe for a future update I'll use the Equipment Editor to solve some equipment transition issues. You might notice late war production equipment already assigned to some 1941 units.
