The polls are closed in the voting for 100-percenters (though technically, I guess, the polls are still functioning). We decided to accept more than just the total of six we originally intended. So, based on the voting, these are the new 100-percenters:

USA: Henry Halleck, Benjamin F. Butler, John F. Reynolds, Winfield S. Hancock, John Buford

CSA: Richard S. Ewell, John B. Hood, Patrick R. Cleburne, A.P. Hill, D.H. Hill, Wade Hampton, Joseph Wheeler

They join:
USA: Burnside, Meade, Grant, McClellan, Sherman, Sheridan, Hooker, Pope, McDowell, Thomas

CSA: Forrest, Jackson, Lee, Longstreet, Stuart, Bragg, Early, Pickett, A.S. Johnston, J.E. Johnston, Beauregard, Hardee, Van Dorn

This gives us a total of 20 CSA and 15 USA, which is perfect.

I'll put up polls for assigning ratings tomorrow. Feel free to argue about what those ratings should be in the meantime.

P.S. As a baseball fan, I've made the unilateral decision that Abner Doubleday will be a 25-percenter, and damn anyone who points out that he didn't really invent the sport.

Despite the fact that Chamberlain (USA) did not make the cut, I am pleased with the list. However, can you please disclose a little about how the AI will select its command when you are playing a computer component? For example, what is the likelihood that in a human player versus the computer game one might not be facing Grant or Lee as the commanding generals on the computer opponent’s side?

I've just posted polls for the remaining 100-percenters. I'll have voting go through Friday night or Saturday afternoon. Thanks for participating!
