Unfortunately not any link nor any picture in this thread are working anymore. If nobody is able to repair this, this thread shouldn't be sticky anymore. I would love to make use of the OP's elaboration but none of his pics are available anymore. The pdf he created is also inaccessible, because none of the download links and not even the mentioned wiki seem to exist anymore.
I hope somebody can fix this and bring back the original content? It reads as if this was some valuable work...

I found that one link is still working in this post (version 1.05 of the pdf).
