These files belong to WINED3D wrapper. You can visit the developer's page at:
http://adolfintel.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag

The version that seems to work better with the game is the 1.5.22 version. Please download it from the link below:
http://www.mediafire.com/download/wloe1fjsbboojko/WineD3D+1.5.22.7z
