David,

Using paint pro program, do you need to set the size and creat a directory folder for each one?

Main Logo 128*128-- Directory Main Logo folder
Silver Logo 64*32-- Directory Silver Logo
Helmet Logo 512*256--Directory Helmet Logo
Midfield Logo 256*256--Directory Midfield Logo
Endzone Logo 1024*256--Directory Endzone Logo

Editing or creating new uniforms for each team I am assuming there is a creator utility that comes with the game?

Team uniforms and field art go into their own folders. You'll see the folder break down when you look at the game. The manual also describes it.

As for the unfiform editor. No the game does not supply any tools for creating artwork. There just is no point as there are hundreds of programs out there already (some very good ones for free) that do a much better job of providing the tools for artwork creation than I could build into the game.
