Status: offline 		will be be able to download the game onto our pc and laptop at the same price? that is , do we get 2 dl's for 1 price.

Status: offline 		I can't give you the official Matrix answer, as I don't represent the company and haven't tried that with '05 myself.

However, the 'industry standard' seems to provide for two computers at one download price, with a requirement that you 'unregister' one of the two to be able to successfully install on the third.
