I am getting an error that says Run-time error '3159': not a valid bookmark.
When I click on the "ok" button, it closes Pure Sim.

This pops up at the start of free agency.
I am running the 1.18 release.

It sounds like your database may be corrupt due to the computer shutting down improperly. I would try reverting to a recent backup of the association. Delete your current association files (they are in the \psa folder under your Puresim install and end in .psa and .psx) Then rename the most recent backup files to .psa and .psx respectively
