I get a different list of players when I use the shop to all teams button. I'm attempting to trade a pitcher and when I pull up the Red Sox, the say that they will trade Johnny Pesky, but he doesn't show up in the list when I hit shop to all teams.

This has been around for a long time. I think different code is used to shop to all teams as compared to trade with one team. I have always found I can get better value if I pick a specific team to trade with.

Kind of cool, though, eh? I mean, a blanket shopping of a player would probably get that. To get you into 1-on-1 negotiations. It's when you get all personal with the other 'GM' that you start getting a better shot at a good trade.

You know, I never really thought about that. As a "Trader Jack", I generally just put a valuable (but declining) vet or promising youngster out on the trading block for all to see.

Henceforth, I'll dump this notion in favor of the one-on-one negotiations.
