hello everyone,

i'm actually studying how the informations contained in the databases are displayed in game and i've some difficulties to find where are read some informations displayed at screen, currently in the "Unit status" window.

On the following screesnhots (DB2k opened in the Reimer's DB builder and "Cobra Loose!" scenario), i'm wondering where come from the "FGS" acronym (highlighted by a red box) come from. Can anyone share the wisdom?

Jan

Jan I'd say the scenario designer has renamed the ship in scen rather than through the database.

FGS - Federal German Ship?

You do this by using the 7/Home key on your keypad and type in the new name of the ship.

Hope this helps

You are right Darren! Thank you!
I just opened the scen in the ScenEditor and seen the function you detailed.
Thanks again, it helps a lot!
