I bought COI earlier today choosing the Download/Hard Copy option. Whenever I try to download COI it suddenly stops and doesn�t continue. It has frozen at anything from 1% to 60% in the 10+ times I�ve attempted dling it, including on different computers. Now I�ve tried turning off my firewall and such and I�ve bought and dled products from matrix before with no problem so I have no idea what the issue is. Any ideas?

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.
