I am trying to develop a ToE for Austria in the 1930s and I am having a tad bit of difficulty. Has any one messed with this one, have any ideas (of ideers as some of us say in Kentucky...)

No idea. But maybe you want to search or post in the Axis History Forum , they have a subsection dealing with the pre-Anschluss Austria.
