In Carriers at War, the cursor is only sometime present, but usually not at all, which makes executive choices a little dicey. I've tried altering the appearance of the cursor in the system, but nothing happens.
I have it on a 1.4 dual core Toshiba with a Gig of memory and tons of hard drive space. I tried it using Vista, then changed the compatibility to XP2, but no go.

Any suggestions? There are tons of enemy ships out there and very little I can do about it.
