for Stock, great campaign

Hello,
First excuse for my bad english.
(Which I with the help of a translation program for people)
I'm looking for an experienced opponents of the Allied side would take over. One turn per day should not be a problem for me.
Ideally, an opponent from germany or someone the german speaks.
(But not unconditional)

PROPOSAL FOR House Rules

Special House Rules for 1 Turn on 7 December 1941
Japan:
- No restrictions!

Allied:
- No movements (commands) on the first day, except in China.
(War since 1936 is already underway)

- U.S. mobile carrier units (1st round laying), but may not carry out attacks and need to behave defensively.
(so that should be prevented, which is not known positions of the U.S. makers, historically accurate, remain unknown, as each player Japan WITP positions on the map knows.)

- Wildcat-hunting season at Wake may be deducted.

House special rule for the allies from the 2nd Train continued leader
