Aloha again, folks. I know that someone probably has a stockpile of bookmarks on this stuff, so I thought I'd ask here first: Where is a good spot to find the TOE (units and equipment if I remember correctly from my Jarhead days) for different countries and unit sizes? i.e... when I was in the Marine Corps, I remember that an infantry company had "x" number of grunts, a heavy weapons platoon, etc, etc. If I took that up to batallion level (which is what we play at in SPWaW with around 2,000 points, right?), what should I look for as a good "core" force? Thanks again! Everybody has been really great here. Keep up the good work! Andy

have you taken a look at the great TOE that comes with SPWAW. It's done by Scott Grasse and it is a classy piece of work. You should have an icon to it in your SPWAW directory. It's got a wealth of info, Latka. There are a lot of books, really, no single one covers it all unless you can get two rate paperback volumes by David Myers, Banzai (covers Pacific) Unit Organizations of WW2 Stanton's WW2 Army of Battle is the final answer for US Army in WW2...expensive George Nafziger has a lot of good works on the subject. I don't have his current URL. Maybe someone else does. German Military Forces and Japanese Military Forces from LSU are great! George Forty's series of Handbooks on different countries will help. See if you can find rule books on table top miniatures in WW2. Some of them have good TOEs and OOBs.
