Map refresh problem

The battle map doesn't seem to be refreshing properly.

When I move a unit during set up it seems to take its background with it. A similar problem happens during battles. If I move the screen and return the problem is solved. I'm using Vista.

I've tried changing screen resolution and refresh rate without success. CC:TLD works fine.

I would embed a picture but I don't appear to be competent enough to do so...this might allow you to calibrate your advice!

1st thing to do is make sure you have the latest graphic card/chip drivers and Direct-X installed.

What type of screen and graphics card are you using?

Screen: 1680x1050 TC099 DVI-D (but it's on 1024x768)
Graphics card: ATI Radeon HD3870x2

This assumes I've looked up the right information!
