What might be the explanation for an additional $11.76 being tacked on to my credit card?

Status: offline 		In case anyone else sees something like this, we confirmed with the store that there was no overcharge. The issue was that they charged the shipping separately when it actually shipped out. The 75.87 charge is for the download plus tax and the 11.76 amount is the shipping plus tax, which adds up to the original order total.
