So far I think the changes in 1.0.4 are a big improvement. Thanks!

definitely agree. the economy is far more challenging now, to say the least.
Also the racial bonuses are more realistics.

now that your bonuses from alien races are more tappered, you get a notice about it EVERY SINGLE TIME you colonize a planet. Can those be turned off, or at least limited to the first time you gain a race in your empire?
