I have recently bought CC the longest day,
i downloaded the new update etc. but wenever i try to start up and the games comes on the loading map graphics i get a error " unrecognized error value"
i tryed to reinstal already but nothing seems to help.

here is my dxdiag

Based on the required specs it should work, though using an Atom cpu and an Intel built in video chip is not a common gaming computer build. Make sure your Direct-X version and video drivers are the newest available;

You can also try going to Options and change to Windowed Mode.

thanks for the reply, i did al things you presented.
in spite of everthing nothing seems to work.
do you have any other sugestions?

Try 800x600 or 1024x768 if they are listed as possible game/screen resolutions under Options / General / Screen Resolution.
