I've installed all of the elements of UE with anitvirus off. One problem I don't have any access to change battlesets or scenarios. Each game loads with one scenario and I'm unable to choose others. Is there a solution to this?

Also, is there file titled HarpoonUltimate-SetupRelease-v100a.1 on the install disc?

bobby,
The game opens with a random scenario already loaded. You can choose a new battle set by clicking file > new or use ctrl + n, click yes to end the current game and then the battle set selection box comes up with all of the scenarios.

While at the scenario selection screen you can uncheck "enable instant action" and it will load the scenario selection the next time you start the game
