I didn't see a forum support option and you guys are friendly here, so I thought I would ask:

Since the release of the expansion, I have been unable to search the Distant Worlds forums. I have tried searching in forums I am subscribed to, and tried selecting forums manually. No matter what I search I get a pop up error.

Any ideas?

Or is it an ID10T operator error?

I'm not sure I follow, as you are posting in a sub-forum of the Distant Worlds forum?

Erik,

I don't see a tech support forum for the forums.

When I search the forums here, I get a popup saying no results were returned. For instance, I can try to search for ship or station or any word I know would be in a Distant Worlds post and get no returns.

Ah ok, you can get to the forum, it's just the search function that's not working for you, is that correct?

Yeah I get the error where it says my search is not good enough or something like that,

I was searching for the races.txt bug

Same thing. Search not working on any Matrix forum.

Try using google.

'[item to search :http://www.matrixgames.com/forums]'

Does the job.

Make sure you select one of the search options otherwise you will get a popup error saying: "The system could not find any record."

Make sure you select either "less precise match" or "Advanced Search" THEN select the forum section and search.
