Guys,

I have scanned patch notes, but cannot find it detailed. I have been having some outlier type weather in the test run of the Beta 5 patch. However, as I read the manual page 288, during March in the North Soviet Weather Zone it should be impossible to get mud.

Random (11) plus 4 for North Soviet, yields possible outcomes of 5 through 15 on the chart. There should be a 5 in 11 chance of snow and a 6 in 11 chance of blizzard. This (mud) should be impossible. There is a 60 - 1 chance that Central and South Soviet should both be mud on this turn, another exceptional outcome and the third I have had in the 40 turns of this game.

Did the chart change and I missed it?
