In version 1.40, I only had the PBEM sync problem when I loaded multiple replays one after the other.

First PBEM turn I load in v2.0 turned out to be very different than the one my opponent saw.

An airstrike of mine hit three of his carriers on his end -- on me end, air missions were canceled.

We'll see if it happens on the next turn, but the bug is still there.

You have confirmed my worst fears, I always got in the habit of clean starting before replays with 1.4 and was still getting the problems. So it now appears 2.0 does not solve it either with its similar fix.

I shall keep you updated.

On a side note, I've seen random-number replays not work exactly right since Gunship 2000. If I ever do a game, I ain't using this method. :D

Hi, and that was both players 2.00 (or was Japanese turn 1.40 Allied turn 2.00 then combat?)(Japanese 2.00 allied 1.40 then combat)

Well, it was when we upgraded. I'm allies, and sent him my turn using 1.40, and he sent me a turn back using 2.0. I upgraded to 2.0 before loading the turn with the erroneous replay.

Hi, Is the replay in sync (I hated to ask that) now. In testing some of the other patches the replay would get out of sync for a turn or two right after we upgraded. But in many turns of testing for 2.00 I never had any out of sync replays.

As Mogami said we need to know what happens a few turns down the track from the upgrade turns.

Cheers

My opponent just conceded. That puts a crimp in the bug hunting plans, huh?
