Can you order a digital download game from one PC and download to another?

As far as I know you can download the game to any computer you want. You only get one registration number so you may have trouble trying to play against each other if you load it and try that on two machines. Depending on game.

Yes. Or you can download it and save the setup file to a USB memory device and transfer it over.
