As the allied player if I try production manually, especially light fleet it wont produce it, it just shows as coming. If I use computer production it wont produce what I want

Does the light fleet you are trying to build move up the build que each turn? I ask to make sure you don't have it on hold. Right clicking pauses units in the build que. Second question. Assuming they are moving each turn and only seem to get hung up in the last box then that can mean only one thing. You don't have enough manpower to build it. Each unit takes 2 manpower to build and if you have more units trying to get done on a turn then you have in total manpower for that turn then the game engine will pick something randomly to put on hold. Example you have 6 manpower. 5 units are ready to be built that turn. Only 3 can be built and 2 will have to be held up due to lack of manpower. Does that answer your question?
