Ok fellow long-time DW owners. Get over on the Steam forum and add your testimonial to the threads of people wanting to know if DW is any good and worth buying. Let's do our part to help out Matrix Games & Elliot by getting the word out about the best 4X space game ever. Together we can make Elliot a multi-millionaire by June 1!

you have to install it AND play 5 minutes from steam ;-)

Or at least have it open for 5 minutes. But if you are going to have it open for 5 minutes, why wouldn't you play?
