Hi,
can someone explain, how does it work?
What is a good strategy to work with that?
I don't understand it at the moment!

HQ Buildup is used when you need extra supplies and fuel,(which translates to some extra Movement Points) usually in preparation of a attack. It reduces the amount of supplies available to all of the other troops on the front so it should be used sparingly. It also costs AP points depending on the units and how far they are from a rail head.

The best time to use it or strategy is if you are planning to penetrate the lines and need the extra fuel and supplies to complete an encirclement or to reach an objective.

That's the simple explanation. The manual provides more detail and if you look through the forum there is a lot of discussion on that subject.

Okay. I test it with 1.08.01.
If my troops moved, they don't become in the HQBU, right?
And if the don't move they had no MPs left after HQBU. So I stand one turn to get full MP the next turn?
Did I understand it right?
