Longer LAN games often out of Synch?

Just played our usual Saturday game (5 players). We keep noticing that although we now rarely have ANY drops we are seeing consistently what we think are Synch errors. Often the computers are a few seconds ahead of the HOST PC. Units are often not quite in the right locations etc.....

Desync in the game generates always unreversible freeze, because the data between the various players are not the same; all the match info of every players are checked continously to be sure they're aligned.

Well they are not aligned :)
We see this in most of our 9... 3-4 hour games played in the same room. The time on the clock also can be off from the host.....helps when the host has it projected on the big screen....the host in our last game seemed to be behind a few seconds.

Note sure can I send or save a file of our next games?

From personal experience I have noticed lag if a group are playing but the host is using a TV but does not have the correct settings enabled. Some have a, 'gaming mode' setting which needs to be enabled. This might explain why the projector minimises the issue but to be sure, if it continues, could you and your friends please add the following section to your sowwl.ini file

[debug]
raklog=1
alphaomega=0
drawtiles=0
dbglvl=2
benchmark=0
showfortmen=0
mplog=1
noai=0

please send us in your sowmplogs and raklog. They will be in the same folder as your sowwl.ini

I assume you all have similar spec PCs, i.e. none is ancient?

Thanks I will let our resident IT chap in the group look at this. Yes the host has 3 monitors and projects to the big screen. No all the rigs are very modern. I think all are i7's.
