Hi all.

I have just upgrade my distant worlds shadows to the last 1.9.0.14 patch and i have notice a huge bug : all ground troops have free maintenance cost.

I have done a new re-installation of DW from scratch and i can't manage to have troop maintenance cost appear in the empire summary screen. However the maintenance price appear in the dedicaced troop screen, but the empire cash flow was not impacted by this cost.
