This is a nit, but check out the precision in the number for "Def Gar" for Germany.

What's a nit without a game turn to go with it?

Game turn attacked.

Double the defensive value of your units in the calendar year after the neutrality pact was made. The defensive garrison value is unmodified in the next year, halved in the year after that and thirded in the year following, and quartered in all later years.

Garrison ratio comparison is conducted inclusive of fractions.

It's a nit I know. I just focusing on the form where the fraction is carried out to so many decibel places that you lose the information on the total value of all markers in that category. Again, a nit ...

From the looks of that display, Germany has no defensive markers, since double the total number of Russian ones are Offensive. Hard to say if it would look the same if they had any.

True, but I saw the same precision for the Soviet who do have defensive markers. I'll see if I can find a cap ... again this a nit and probably not worth wasting any time on ...
