After finishing the tutorial what scenarios are the best to be play by a total SPWAW newbie. Thanks

"The Raiders Ride to Work" is also a good choice.

You may want to try - "A Simple Command" It's fairly small and a straight forward infantry fight. Also look at "King of the Hill" It's an infantry company with attached tanks.

You meant "finished ALL the tutorials", right? :D There are 10 of them in the game now. After those I'd look for smaller scenarios, and you can always adjust your preference settings if things are a bit too tough.
