Hi all,

I have just purchased the WOTY edition via Steam but when I first started the game, I was greeted with Error:OnThreadException

I have tried verifying the files using Steam and it completed without any issues. I have also ran all the prerequisite files with only DXSetup.exe unable to complete as it was already installed.

This is running on a Win10 x64 computer (upgraded from Win8) with antivirus switched off during install and running.

I have also tried downloading the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable (32bit), but didn't seem to work either.

I have enabled error logging, please see attached for the log file.

Not sure what's going on or what I can do to troubleshoot further. Would appreciate if anyone can shed some light on this issue.

Can you reattach the exception log as it does not seem to be that in the first post?

Hi,

From the error log it sounds like a corrupted file issue. Please remove the current install and re-download and install the game completely. Please let us know if this solves the issue.
