I know this isn't Ebay, but figured the moderators would forgive me due to my excessive expenditures with Matrix!

HPS Waterloo Campaign in CD case installed once - just can't handle the detail.

Asking $14 that includes free Fedex 2-day delivery (U.S. only) if anyone is interested.

Thanks

Mike

I have so many waterloo campaigns now it's ridiculous. Let's see AH's Waterloo, SSI's Waterloo, SSI's Battles of Napoleon with a Waterloo scenario, Great Battles Waterloo or whoever did that before HPS. Kinda grainy graphics. Fields of Glory Waterloo not to be confused with Field of Glory the other has an S at the end. Oh and Creative Assembly's Napoleonic Wars. Actually I kinda like this last one pretty good; I like the way the arcs of combat are used and the sort of auto ai play of it. Oh, and Norbsoft's version with animated figures.

To top it all off I even have a napoleonic chess set.

Yes. I played that last night. Based on Gettysburg game engine. Plays OK on Win 7 netbook and external screen. Got to watch out for those cavalry charges if you don't get your soldiers into squares quickly enough.

And a sort of random scenario generator for unlimited scenarios.

I guess I missed Sid Meier's Waterloo; got Gettysburg though among the many American Civil War games I have on Gettysburg.

Let's see AH's Gettysburg, SSI's Gettysburg, Sid Meier's Gettysburg, Some game I never even opened in a small box Gettysburg. Norbsoft's Gettysburg of course (my favorite)

What I really want is a campaign game of the civil war using norbsofts combat engine for the battles. I have all the time in the world now so it wouldn't matter if it took a year to play them out. That would be the beall endall of American civil wargame campaign.

Wargaming would be dull without wars.

Glad to bring out the humor, and hope I didn't overstep my bounds. Guess I'll have to take Rico's advice or give it to Goodwill charities.

I live in the UK, drop me a email if interested.

I dream of Crown of Glory emperor edition 2 with up to date graphics and a revamped tactical module for ending at Waterloo.

i still say a fixed up new version of Wargamer: Napoleon 1813 (1999 Empire Interactive by Steven Green) is what is needed - (as a side note, i have been in contact with someone over steam who is seeing what he can do in terms of fixing some of Wargamers bugs (the game still runs on Windows 7 in fact)
