Hello Everyone,

I have an issue with reduction of experience with reinforcement. Every time a unit is reinforced, unit experience always take a big reduction. Hence after a year of combat I still have rookie units with no way of improving with elite reinforcements.

I would appreciate your views on how best to maximise experience but not have units depleted in numbers.

I have recently updated to version 10.

It's hard to do because combat has to be pretty one sided for a long time.

If you play vs AI, often it's with experience bonus which increases the losses you're going to have.
If you play vs human, they are going to use their unit well which going to increase the losses you're going to have.

Usually the HQ will rack up exp while the units stays middling and once the HQ is maxed, it's going to protect the attached unit from losses enough to protect the exp gain.
