Looking to start up a game as Soviets to defend the motherland

Options:
Normal CV
Full blizzard
No bonus
Normal weather
Server

If there is any other options you want just let me know only one I would say is completely non negotionable is normal CV & server

Also would like to agree beforehand both players keep concurent with latest updates
