I'm sure that this has been thought of before, but could/would a navy (think US here) fire a bunch of missiles (think Tomahawks) at a land or sea target and have the missiles immediately followed by OECM aircraft (think Growlers)? I've seen how potent the Growlers can be. Often, SAMs are launched against striking aircraft that are being protected by a Growler, and within seconds the SAM loses sight of its target. So, could the same idea work with straining missiles? Could you follow a bunch of Tomahawks into a defended zone with some Growlers in an attempt to protect the missiles?

This sounds like a question for SeaQueen (or anyone else, of course).

U.S. Navy tested TLAM guiding by escort Super Hornet. https://news.usni.org/2015/02/09/video-tomahawk-strike-missile-punches-hole-moving-maritime-target
See no any reason to lack EW support by EW a/c during missile strike.

TLAMS preceded by MALD-J (because of speed difference) is the preferred nomenclature, Dude.

Wouldn't you think that TLAMs with some Growlers would make the attack better? In the other thread, I just explained how a HQ-9A had so much difficulty shooting at some Hornets being protected by a Growler. So, it would seem to me that if the HQ-9A was having so much trouble picking up a plane (which is bigger) then it would have even more trouble trying to track TLAMs if they were also being protected by a Growler.

It's just a thought.
