In WAW there are partisan spawners in all the major western europe countries but not so in WIE? Any reason or just not updated? It's pretty confusing when in WIE I don't have to worry about it but it WAW I lose the Hague to partisans spawning...?

Was just wondering same thing. Only two spots need to be garrisoned in WiE versus 6 in WaW

I recall changing some of the Partisan settings in WiE based on feedback, but when WAW was made the Partisan scripts weren't taken from WiE, instead they were based on an older global game of ours.

I'll make a note of this to see if they can be aligned more closely here.

I also had The Hague occupied by Partisans.....Through me for a loop
