Hello,

I have a question I consider technical one so posting here.

I'm currently putting lot's of efforts behind manual document study and testing things in Flight Tutorials.

Yesterday I've been trying to use Unit/Waypoint Settings feature (3.3.4 part of Manual) - just to set different altitude and speed linked to the Air groups/individuals. Ref-points and aircrafts were tied to a mission (I've tried both patrol and support).

After opening T&A window exactly after airborns I've tried to navigate through upper arrows which apparently has to move towards ref-points options set. The issue is that those arrows do not work so I'm not able to test the feature.

I've attached one of the saves where I was trying to do so.

Many thanks in advance for your support!

Your save only shows 2 reference points so it's not exactly clear however, from looking at it and your description this is what I think.

If you are expecting to launch an aircraft and be able to then select those 2 reference points in the T&A screen that's not how it works. To do what I think you are trying to do you need to plot a course (F3 or Plot Course tab), starting from your aircraft and click on each of those reference points, then beyond, press ESC to finish. Now you have a plotted course with a WAYPOINT on each of those reference points, and one at the end. NOW you can bring up the T&A tab and cycle through those course waypoints you created and make settings for each one of those.

Hope that helps.

Dave

Thanks, Dave! It's perfectly clear. Just tried out and all works great. I've messed up waypoints/ref-points terminology so that was the issue.

Thanks once again!
