Status: offline 		When will 1.04C arrive Alvaro?

Even though I am reluctant to start a PBEM game under a beta patch, I am really considering it now. Because at this point I have no idea when we could see an official version of the game again. And 1.04 is broke.

Status: offline 		Only the scenario creation. There was a fix for the if_NegotiatedSurrender flag. I made it last a turn for a Vichy issue.
