Per the image, the Logistics data appears to be the wrong percentage.

Perhaps two details at work. The numbers are correct for logistics points needed, and the 100% demonstrates they are all available via the connection to the SHQ. If that is true, then report that information. Maybe included the 675/923 in the Cost section of the report. Is there an icon for LP's?

As it is now, a player may believe the math (675/923) is wrong.

For reference, Game Build v 1.03-beta9; Scenario Build v1.01a - 2nd of June; Last Game Build used 103-beta7b; Scenario Version Number #16. I am running a Win 10 Pro 64bit, Intel i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM. It is a Surface Pro 7, connected to 2560x1600 display monitor via USB-C. That's Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics.

Left is what you need. Right is what you have.
675 is needed
923 are avalible.

Note that 9a had a bug with the Items, 9b fixes it.

Yes, as I noted. However, when you put a number like 675/923 together with a percentage, it implies the proportion. Player's shouldn't guess at a convention. That's why I recommended those numbers (675/923) be moved to the costs section.
