I got a nasty situation with 2 cruiser forces, i have put them in full speed for a moment but then reverted to mission speed, in next turn they moved as full speed. Anyone experiences this?

Ships set at mission speed can utilize full speed at the discretion of their orders and commanders.

I think that is with react in effect, not a normal movement. Or this presumption is wrong?

Your TF can move faster than 9/4 when on mission speed. It's all WAD
Most obvious example is bombardment runs. Other situations can also happen with Surface combat TF

I said i know that, but for it to happen there has to be a motive. This was normal situation, no bombardment run.

If they moved toward the enemy, it was a react (and they can react several times in the same turn to "chase" a target so the react '2' is not a limit). But if they moved away from enemy locations, they could be retreating from an air threat, even if you do not have your own eyes on that threat. Merchant ships often do that.
Set TF Routing to Direct/Absolute to minimize AI induced movement.

But it moved in place i wanted, it just did it in one day instead of 2 for no apparent reason.

Your TF has a different patrol zone in each screenshot. Did you set a new patrol zone or is that a leg of the original PZ?
I'm thinking if the TF was on a full speed setting for the first part of the PZ leg and you switched off FS mid-way, it might not make the adjustment until the next waypoint on the PZ.

This is what I think happened.

The task force is set a patrol zone forward, and also has a reaction range setting.

The local task force commander sees an enemy task force it could react to based upon its patrol zone setting and not its current location. Hence, it ordered a full speed run to get into position...but by the time it got into position, the enemy task force wasn't detected so it resumed a patrol.

Also, it doesn't appear to me that you consumed a huge amount of fuel.

Hard to tell exactly with the limited information provided, but that is my best guess.

What kind of information i can help more?

We are talking of a move of more than a dozen hexes, there weren't enemy ships in a 8 radius, neither at TF destination place.

Setting the reaction range to zero is to keep Halsey from abandoning the invasion fleet. Setting the reaction range to six will not keep Nagumo from running away. Just examples.
