Current upgrade button upgrades everything. This is not affordable use of MPP so I usually have to manually upgrade weapons only. As Japan, I never want to upgrade AA for my units in China, so again must right-click, select unit, select weapons for each upgrade - tedious. Can you add a setting as to what items upgrade tool applies?

I agree, this makes this upgrade tool useless for most of the German army as you usually can't afford to put the mobility upgrade on everything.
