I'm out of town tomorrow (Wed) and Thursday doing some work in Lancaster, back Thursday night, Friday I'm doing an office in Towson, Friday night I head to NYC for a BBQ with my agent Saturday at a publishers house on Long Island. Back Sunday morning and then it's back into that office to get it done by Monday morning. :(

Sorry guy, but I have to pay the bills.

On the bright side, when you watch SNF, take a look at one of the early scenes, where he's walking down a street in Brooklyn. See that supermarket in the background? The one that says Graziano's? (White sign, red letters) I'm in the crowd in front of it. :) It was filmed in my old neighborhood in Brooklyn (and not where they "say" it is...Bensonhurst...this was in Williamsburg)

I was going to high school in Brooklyn when that was being filmed, and saw a few days production. I passed that White Castle they act like idiots in every day, and of course crossed VZ bridge every day. My buddies were screaming with laughter during that opening sequence because John Travolta walks through half a dozen different (and quite far apart) neighborhoods around Brooklyn in real life, while in movie reality is just walking down the street eating 2 slices of pizza doubled up.

Oh god, I mentioned NY pizza! I always start to drool thinking of real and delicious pizza instead of the Pizza slut cardboard crap available up here.(but I digress)
You able to get a decent pie down your way?

Pizza! Mmmm...! Oddly enough, I've been fortunate in my pizza experiences. When I moved to Allentown, PA from Brooklyn, a few years back, I bemoaned the lack of "real" pizza in the area. Then I took a different job (I had been an operator for Bell Atlantic) and ended up managing a pet store. Well, the pet store was next to a pizza parlor, so I went in my first day for lunch. Just walking in the door was like being back in NYC...right down to the accents. Turned out the owner was from Jackson Heights! The pie was fantastic. :)

When I moved to Baltimore, I again bemoaned the lack of "real" pizza, until I moved to my present address... Two months ago a new pizza place opened up on the corner. It is owned by two Indian brothers...from Brooklyn! Again, I'm living well! Oh, and one of my roommates works for that Pizza *** place you mentioned, and brings home two pies a night. :)

BTW, did you read the recent medical report that showed eating pizza three times a week cuts your risk of colon cancer by 29%, and your risk of esophogeal cancer by 56%? How about that! Pizza is health food! :):)
