I have fully researched "deep core mining" several turns ago, but I don't see any "deep core" mining asset that I can build anywhere. My planet is geologically active. Is it a bug?

I am on the latest beta.

Status: offline 		It gives you the Deep Core Gas Extractor. For whatever reason, it's found under the Industry category.
