I've been playing "Stand up, 2011" scenario (one of the standard standalone scenarios; CMO 1.02 build 1147.14) and been experiencing repeated RTBing notifications with log entries such as:

"06:27:00 - Shotgun weapon state has been set to one engagement with Stand-Off weapons, however aircraft No. 1435 Flight #03 (Typhoon FGR.4) is only armed with short-range weapons. The aircraft will therefore return to base immediately. Change the Shotgun weapon state to Short-Range weapons or Guns, or use Winchester weapon state."; they repeat every few seconds with nothing actually happening (the aircraft in question continue patrolling).

Attaching .save file where this happens.

(also, in this scenario, for some reason the Player evalution window has a black rectangle instead of the scoring dial).

Quick fix to the spam would be to change the weapon state to 'Winchester' for those 2 planes?

I think I did that (but not totally sure) with no effect. In any case, I thought I'd report this because it appears that - despite "RTBing" notification, the planes carry on with their assigned patrol mission and perhaps developers would like to take a look at the save file I attached to the original post.

Hmm, something is bugged with this message I think... I had Winchester set, but 'Weapon state RTB' was set to 'No'. After switching to 'Yes' they returned to base, but then - several minutes after landing I'm still getting those notifications (this time "attached" to the airbase). See the screenshot.

The 'spamming' is due to the weapon ROE being Shotgun:Standoff when there are only short range weapons. Changing the mission ROE to just Winchester and pressing the 'reset affected units' stopped the spanning.
