I think that changing starting Infantry Tech to 2 for the Russians in the 1942 was a major mistake.
This scenario was the last winnable one as Axis although already very hard. Now its impossible....
That basically takes it out of consideration for evenly skilled players. Makes me sad. It cut out all the repetetive stuff (for both sides) and started right into the action.
Why was that done? I really dont think this one needed a "fix"

Also on a side note... I recently realized how much cheaper mobility upgrades are for the Russians. Its 15 MPP per Corps compared to 45 (!!) on the German side.
Given how deadly a mobilized corps spam is, I think it should cost more for the Russians.
