Hello, I am interested in an alternative story in which the Germans, during fall blau, used a sea invasion across the Black Sea from Crimea to the southern Kalkaz. Is it possible to create an effective amphibious boat for Germany in the editor?

Yes, that is certainly possible but at this point it is worth waiting for changes to the editor to be published before taking on any major scenario editing.
