if I want to use AIM-9 missile manually,
first I need to assign the weapon to the target with SHIF+F1 key and after that, and because the effective range is 10nm or less,
I should manually move the aircraft to the rear to the target aircraft within 10nm then the missile automatically should ignite and start tracking the heat of the target?

Check the settings, should have ignore plotted course set to yes in the attack settings.
With that it should be a case of allocating the AIM-9 even outside of the given range and the launch aircraft should do its best to get into a firing solution.
May require some manual input if the targets not cooperating by flying in a straight line.
Rear aspect only AAM are an acquired art, historically there was a reason gun's were reintroduced after the issues with the first models of gun less missile dependant F4's.
