Which scenarios/turns are carpet bombing missions available? Assuming in Breakout, but unsure what turn (havent gotten past 4 so far).

Now on turn 11. I want to unleash on Pz Lehr. Will I get my bombers?

If you are playing the Breakout Scenario, then you should have got British carpet bombing on Turn 1 and US Carpet Bombing on Turn 6. You can tell by right-clicking on the turn summary at the top right of the screen and also by the carpet bombing symbol that comes up in the combat display if carpet bombing is valid.

Carpet bombing is done by country, so your turn summary popup will only show reinforcements, Generals, carpet bombing etc for the currently selected country.
