Is there anybody out there able and willing to make computer versions of old doubble blind wargames ie. FlatTop from Avalon Hill, or other companies, or is the copyright to expensive ?

The compaines that own these copyrights will not really let them go ata fair price and a better design can be done today without the limits of a board game design.
