Hello!

I am living in Germany. Yesterday I got the game.

Our system as follows:
Pentium 4
Windows XP Home version for Germany

We installed Microsoft Media Player 10 and Direct X 9C.

My problem is the same like "Gogame" has described it:

"I loaded the game. I get the first Gamemenu screen, and click the play Julius Caesar. The game starts with the music playing and then trys to load the first screen with the game menu, but it shows the secreen for a few seconds and then goes black - then shows the screen for a few seconds and then goes black, and keeps repeating this without loading. I have attached the log entry. "

The only difference is, that I didn't attached the log entry, because I don't know, how to do it....

PLEASE HELP ME.....

pomakli,

Sorry to see you having problems. Looking at the log file, nothing seems to jump out as an error. I suggest that you make sure you have the latest video card drivers for your system. If you send us a DxDiag file, we can double check to make sure that is the case.

To create a DxDiag file:

1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

You can post the log file on the forums here or email them to support@koiosworks.com.

Thanks,
Deride

pomakli,

I received the DxDiag file, and I saw that your driver is about 3 years out of date. If you go to the following URL, you can download the latest Catlyst drivers:

https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894&task=knowledge&folderID=27

Please download, install those and try the game again. Please let me know if that solves any issues...
